1. For Personal Use

• Apply a small amount of attar on your pulse points – wrists, behind the ears, or on the neck.
• Gently dab, do not rub, to preserve the natural aroma.

2. For Spiritual/Wellness Use

• Use during meditation, yoga, or prayer by applying a light touch on the skin or clothing.
• A few drops can also be applied to cotton or a handkerchief for inhalation.

3. For Clothing

• Apply a drop to your attire (preferably on inner hems or cuffs) to enjoy a long-lasting fragrance.
• Avoid direct application on delicate or white fabrics to prevent staining.

4.  For Diffusion

• Add 2–3 drops of attar to a diffuser or warm water bowl to create a soothing aromatic environment.
